E-Tech Repair & Solutions went above and beyond! I came in needing a new phone, and they helped me find the perfect one—super quick and smooth process. While we were there, they also replaced my dad’s phone battery, and even though we didn’t buy the screen protector from them, they still installed it for us with no problem.
The service was absolutely amazing—friendly, fast, and professional the entire time. On top of that, they even gave us a discount on the battery and had great prices on everything. That kind of customer care is rare these days. I highly recommend them for any phone repairs, upgrades, or accessories! 👍🏽

They were amazing my sons iphone went to crap and they replaced it for a great price and upgraded him to a newer model then they gave us a discount to fix my husbands phone battery and they pretty much risked their lifes to do this seems how his phone battery had expanded and was swollen huge and could have exploded in their face at any moment but they still did it and put our happiness above their own safety they then put on his screen protector and case for free even though be bought it elsewhere we will definitely back and recommending them to anyone with phone issues or to anyone needing a new phone thank you guys so much for your service I'd give you 10 stars if I could!

The two young gentlemen that assisted me were GREAT! My over the hill MacBook Air needed cleaning up, updating and new virus protection. They were patient, explained everything well and did exactly what I asked for. The turn around time was quicker than estimated and the price was absolutely reasonable. I will use them again when needed.

Had problems keeping the charge with an IPhone 4s. Despite the device being so old they were able to get the part very quickly and have everything sorted before I knew it! Will definitely be going here again should any new problems arise. Thank you!
